Where can I send a completed script for a film?
Are there any production companies in the UK (or
elsewhere) that accept screenplays from unknown
writers?

You
can try taking it to a production company, or
you could mail it to a producer. But those people
get tons and tons of screenplays, and for the
most part they toss them in the trashbin.
What
you need to do is get a connection. Find someone
involved in the film business and have them
read your screenplay, then take it to someone
higher up. This way at least you might have
a fighting chance.
